Change is the one thing we are all seeking
that scares us the most. The older we get, the less that we
want to change. And yet it is the very time that change is most
needed. |

I have developed a term called "Changeaholic."
It describes the "Change Junkie" who cannot get enough of the
thrill of change in his or her veins. However, planned change
is the safest form of change. It makes each of us the Master
Of Our Own Destiny. |

How do you change when you have tried everything?
The first thing you do is to review your previous efforts. Write
them down and list the pluses and minuses of what you did. Also
list those things that you did not do but now wish that you
had done. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
The next thing that you do is to ask yourself
this Miracle Question: "If I woke up tomorrow and the change
that I am seeking had, in fact, occurred, what differences would
I notice in myself, in my thoughts, my feelings, my actions,
my life circumstances, and my relationships, at work, at home
or wherever I might be." |

The difference between where your life is
now and where it is after the Miracle Question is the change
that you are seeking. Go for it! Our Self-Help Store has a self-help
program to help you begin the process of change. If you don't
