bodies that regulate the professional conduct of the professionals
and staff members. |

any information that they transmit to his websites is confidential
and that steps have been taken to assure confidentiality. These
include the utilization of Secure Form technologies to make
certain that clinical and financial information is transmitted
securely at all times. All information is stored and maintained
in a safe and secure location both physically and electronically.

Our various credentialling bodies all have
rules and regulations about the access, storage and maintenance
of individual clinical data which we strongly adhere to. We
are regulated by the Texas State Board of Professional Counselors,
the Texas State Board of Marriage and Family Therapists and
the Texas State Board of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.
In addition, the respective third party payors such as insurance
companies and managed care companies also have rules and regulations
regarding the confidentiality of clinical data which must also
be adhered to. We adhere to those rules and regulations as well.
