When to ask for Help

Many families who need support and encouragement never ask for it. They are afraid if they ask for help they may appear weak, be labeled as crazy, or look dumb or stupid to their family members. Families can have hidden problems due to fears that they have a "mental problem."Ý Problems affect all family members.

It takes courage to face the truth. It takes courage to make a call or to write or send an e-mail, because when you ask for help you break the cycle of doing the same thing over and over again.

We encourage you to take the important first step and call us at 281-444-2678 or check us out on the web today. We are ready to provide you with quality services.
